{"id":63607,"date":"2024-06-23T09:17:38","date_gmt":"2024-06-23T13:17:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prensaxtremard.com\/nacional\/agentes-del-dicrim-capturan-presunto-delincuente-en-monte-plata\/"},"modified":"2024-06-23T09:18:05","modified_gmt":"2024-06-23T13:18:05","slug":"agentes-del-dicrim-capturan-presunto-delincuente-en-monte-plata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prensaxtremard.com\/nacional\/agentes-del-dicrim-capturan-presunto-delincuente-en-monte-plata\/","title":{"rendered":"Agentes del DICRIM capturan presunto delincuente en Monte Plata"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_360\">\n<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p><strong>Monte Plata .-<\/strong>\u00a0Fue apresado este viernes por miembros de la\u00a0<strong>Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaciones Criminales (DICRIM)<\/strong>, el presunto delincuente\u00a0<strong>Randol Yojancel Mej\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez (Sasa)<\/strong>, de 25 a\u00f1os de edad, tras este salir huyendo en una motocicleta a gran velocidad, al ver los agentes policiales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sasa<\/strong>, estaba siendo activamente buscado por la\u00a0<strong>Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong>, mediante la orden de arresto No. 668-2024-SAJP-00132, de fecha 04-02-2024, por presunta violaci\u00f3n a los art\u00edculos 379, 385, 386 del C.P.D., y los art\u00edculos 66 y 67 de la 631-16, en perjuicio de los se\u00f1ores extranjeros\u00a0<strong>Samuel Petit Daut y Whatson Paulin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leer m\u00e1s: Fiscal\u00eda y DICRIM ponen en marcha operaci\u00f3n\u00a0Mayweather\u00a0con 20 allanamientos simult\u00e1neos en el DN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan nota policial, el detenido al momento de ser avistado y mandado a detener por los agentes, emprendi\u00f3 la huida a bordo de la Motocicleta, marca Bajaj, modelo Platina 125, color negro, placa No. K2061616, chas\u00eds No. MD2A76AX3MWG49015, por lo que dicho miembros se vieron en la obligaci\u00f3n derealizarle un disparo en el neum\u00e1tico trasero de la referida motocicleta tras huir r\u00e1pidamente en esta.<\/p>\n<p>Agrega el informe policial que, Sasa result\u00f3 con una laceraci\u00f3n en el antebrazo izquierdo y en la rodilla izquierda, tras deslizarse en la motocicleta.
