td-fix-index\">\n<p><strong>Santiago.-<\/strong> El <strong>presidente de la Junta Electoral Santiago, Haime Thomas Fr\u00edas <\/strong>manifest\u00f3 que en las elecciones presidenciales y congresuales efectuadas el pasado domingo 19 de mayo, la <strong>abstenci\u00f3n electoral<\/strong> fue menor que en el pasado proceso municipal. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvidentemente que la abstenci\u00f3n es menor, pero todav\u00eda yo no puedo se\u00f1alar con exactitud hasta que no se emita el bolet\u00edn final uno no puede estar hablando de abstenci\u00f3n, se hace una comparaci\u00f3n\u201d, sostuvo Haime Thomas.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario destac\u00f3 que hay una gran diferencia entre ambos procesos, pese a no se\u00f1alar datos espec\u00edficos en espera de la emisi\u00f3n de los
