Santo Domingo.- <\/strong> Despu\u00e9s haber permanecido 12 d\u00edas ingresado en el Hospital Vinicio Calventi<\/strong> en Santo Domingo, falleci\u00f3 el hombre identificado como Juan Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez (Ricardito), quien result\u00f3 herido de dos disparos por parte del Sargento Jos\u00e9 Rafael Garc\u00eda Garc\u00eda, adscrito a la Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaciones Criminales (DICRIM)<\/strong>, asentado en el sector Los Girasoles<\/strong>.<\/p>\nSe recuerda que el agente policial se encuentra suspendido de funciones, tras estar siendo investigado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Asuntos Internos de la instituci\u00f3n. De acuerdo a los datos, existen denuncias de supuestas irregularidad en la actuaci\u00f3n policial. <\/p>\n
Una de estas es que el agente andaba solo tras realizar el hecho y seg\u00fan el empleador de la v\u00edctima, se perdi\u00f3 la suma de RD$109,000.00 pesos,<\/strong> que hasta la fecha no ha sido recuperado.<\/p>\nSe recuerda que seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 a este medio la fiscal\u00eda de Los Girasoles, el herido hab\u00eda sido sometido el pasado mes, ya que en su contra pesaba una orden de arresto y varias denuncias, supuestamente acusado de robo.<\/p>\n
Seg\u00fan el acta de registro de personas levantada por la Polic\u00eda Nacional, al hoy fallecido se le ocup\u00f3 un arma de fabricaci\u00f3n casera en el lado derecho de su cintura, pero videos enviados a este medio muestran cuando el fallecido es requisado por el agente que lo hiri\u00f3 y no le encuentra arma alguna, adem\u00e1s de esto se lo lleva herido en una motocicleta, violentando algunos protocolos.<\/p>\n
Los familiares dicen que llevar\u00e1n el caso hasta las \u00faltimas consecuencias y piden a la Procuradora General de la Rep\u00fablica, Mirian German Brito, ordenar una investigaci\u00f3n al respecto, ya que en la actuaci\u00f3n surgieron muchas irregularidades.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
