{"id":40585,"date":"2022-10-22T14:23:49","date_gmt":"2022-10-22T18:23:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prensaxtremard.com\/actualidad\/apresan-acusado-de-matar-comerciante-en-asalto-en-santiago\/"},"modified":"2022-10-22T14:23:49","modified_gmt":"2022-10-22T18:23:49","slug":"apresan-acusado-de-matar-comerciante-en-asalto-en-santiago","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prensaxtremard.com\/actualidad\/apresan-acusado-de-matar-comerciante-en-asalto-en-santiago\/","title":{"rendered":"Apresan acusado de matar comerciante en asalto en Santiago"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de <strong>Santiago<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que solicitar\u00e1 medida de coerci\u00f3n contra un hombre acusado de matar a un comerciante durante un <strong>asalto<\/strong>, ocurrido en el sector Arroyo Hondo Abajo al sur de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p> El apresado fue identificado como Heldkin Le\u00f3n (La Gata), quien, seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, forma parte de una banda de asaltantes que le quit\u00f3 la vida al comerciante Alberto (V\u00edctor) Garc\u00eda Espinal, el 22 de septiembre del presente a\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Garcia Espinal, de 45 a\u00f1os, fue sorprendido mientras se encontraba en su colmado y llegaron cuatro individuos a bordo de dos motocicletas, con pistolas, y tras despojarlo de dinero y mercanc\u00edas, le dispararon, segando su vida.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico se\u00f1al\u00f3 que solicit\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra el imputado, por constituirse en asociaci\u00f3n de malhechores, la comisi\u00f3n de robo agravado y homicidio, en perjuicio del comerciante muerto y las dem\u00e1s v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malhechores identificados por c\u00e1maras del 9-1-1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los individuos de los cuales a\u00fan hay tres pr\u00f3fugos, fueron identificados por un seguimiento a videos del Sistema Nacional de Atenci\u00f3n a Emergencias y Seguridad 9-1-1, donde qued\u00f3 evidenciada la ruta de escape que utilizaron luego de cometer el crimen. Dicho video constituye una de las pruebas que presentar\u00e1 el Ministerio P\u00fablico ante el tribunal de atenci\u00f3n permanente, cuando se fije la fecha de audiencia para el conocimiento de la medida.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En un parte de prensa, el Ministerio P\u00fablico dijo que el procesado enfrenta cargos por violaci\u00f3n a los art\u00edculos 2, 265, 266, 379, 382, 386-2, 295 y 304 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano, que tipifica la asociaci\u00f3n de malhechores para cometer robo agravado y homicidio en perjuicio del comerciante.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, le atribuye la asociaci\u00f3n de malhechores y robo agravado, tipos penales sancionados por los art\u00edculos 265, 266, 379, 385 y 386-2 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano en perjuicio de Peralta G\u00f3mez y Lorenzo Taveras.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mt-5 mb-5 inline-block author-info\" style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<p class=\"w-auto\" style=\"font-size: 21px;\"><em>Es periodista egresado de O&amp;M, ha ejercido el periodismo desde el a\u00f1o 2005 desde Santiago, le gusta servir a los mejores intereses de la sociedad desde su profesi\u00f3n<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariolibre.com\/actualidad\/nacional\/2022\/10\/22\/apresan-acusado-de-matar-comerciante-en-asalto-en-santiago\/2117429\"> <\/a><\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Santiago inform\u00f3 que solicitar\u00e1 medida de coerci\u00f3n contra un hombre acusado de matar a un comerciante durante un asalto, ocurrido en el sector Arroyo Hondo Abajo al sur de la ciudad.
